      Justice Protective Service Officer Interview

      6 Dec 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Oxon Hill, MD
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. I interviewed at G4S (Oxon Hill, MD) in Jul 2010

      Interview

There was no interview. Just turn in your paperwork and you are hired. You only need minimum experience as a law enforcement officer, corrections officer, or military police (with academy training). The in-house boss is former Air Force and there is a definite good old boy process. The mix of military, corrections, and police make the day-to-day operational flow a little dicey sometimes (many people cannot shoot and don't have basic tactical skills).
