4 rounds of interviews with various. 2 of the interviews were remote. They then had me complete a case study. Once I passed the case study, they flew me into the office to interview in person. The one in person was with 5 different people.

Structured but conversational process focused on cultural fit, communication, and deal judgment, with lighter technicals and case-style discussion. Emphasis on sell-side process execution, buyer outreach, client interaction, and practical transaction experience over complex financial engineering.
