Interview day was good but feedback was horrible. They could have simply told me No but I was kept on hold for months without any word. I wanted to work with them and deferred other opportunities. To date, still no word, yet the called my references.

Interview
Had an initial phone screening that lasted 30-minutes, then a subsequent virtual panel meeting. It was very low stress and straightforward, no surprises. Everyone was very affable and easy to talk to. Other positions may require more rigorous processes.
