G Squared Design interview questions

5 interviewers, one of which was a fresh hire. Very odd lines of questioning and general lack of focus, VERY high importance placed on 'passion.' Flipped through some random work samples and they ask you what you did on each project. You may explain what you did correctly, but they may just doubt it and fail to contact references to verify... Questioning overall was easy with most of the questioning leaning toward behavioral. When asked, they could not provide a job description for which the interview was being performed... many red flags.
