I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Futurex (Bulverde, TX) in Feb 2016
Interview
The process started out with a webinar talking about what the company does, then there was a coding challenge that was sent to each person that did the webinar which was very easy. Next i had an onsite interview, thats when my opinion of the company changed drastically. The webinar itself made the company seem very egotistic but they really showed that they very egotistic during the onsite interview. The whole time I felt as though they never cared about me at all. The interviewers would keep talking about how amazing they are and I wasn't able to get a word in since I didn't want to interrupt them. Afterwards I was given a tour of their campus, it was like they were laughing at me for not getting the job as I could tell the guy giving the interview didn't really seem too eager to give it which gave me the impersion that I wasn't getting hired. after the interview, i got an email abut an hour later that stated that I didn't get the job, which was alright since i got a better job three weeks later. The interview lasted about four and half hours which seemed pointless especially the tour, why give a tour to someone that isn't hired. Its like they think their company is the best and are laughing at anyone that doesn't get to work for them. they didn't seem impressed with some of the projects I did while at A&M
