Interview
They asked a lot of trading questions since I told them I had a bit of experience and then a few quick maths ones to check if I can make quick decisions.
First a CAT type quant exam was conducted, if you pass then they make you trade in a simulated environment. In my case it was cricket game in which we have to predict the score of the team and take position based on scoreboard .
I applied through university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Futures First (Bengaluru) in Aug 2020
Interview
It's basically stress testing, should have a decent knowledge of markets and derivatives space and communicate well . Basic aptitude and quick thinking is an added advantage as every now and then the interviewer might push you to think and act in situations you never probably imagined
