Interview
The company led me on for several months, which was frustrating. When browsing the reviews, I was apprehensive about accepting a role. However, after numerous interviews, I thought it prudent to be patient. In March 2023, I received a verbal offer accompanied by an email. They assured me of an imminent onboarding process, just as soon as they had enough trainers. Yet, after six months and prolonged silence, I reached out for confirmation on the validity of my offer. Instead of a direct response, they scheduled an HR meeting, informing me of a new hiring procedure. This was after I had already gone through six interviews and had an offer, complete with package details, emailed to me. While I can’t comment on their work environment since I never officially joined, their communication left much to be desired. It remains unclear why they extended a verbal offer without following through. I wish the company well but recommend improved communication and transparency. Throughout my nine-month application process, I interacted with three different hiring managers.

SCAM. After several hours of take home assessments and at least 1/2 a dozen interviews that resulted in an offer, I was then told the tech they were working on for the role is not ready yet. After being strung along for several months I was eventually ghosted. I continue to see hundreds of people on linked applying for the role everyday. This company is disgusting and has zero respect for its candidates. Hopefully your time isn’t completely wasted!

Great interview process. Recruiter was very informative and had 3 interviews (2 with the same person and the third with a panel) that asked a good amount of costumer service and coaching style questions.
