I reached out to an employee on LinkedIn and got offered an phone screen the next day. The interview was straight forward; I was told about the company, what they needed and then was asked questions about my experience, organization and time management skills. The next day, I got offered an in person interview and was also required to do an online IQ and personality test. I met with four different people and once again it was just an interview to judge my skills and make sure i could do the job. The next day, I got asked for references and when that was complete, I got an offer.
The entire process was really fast and I started the following week and it's been great.
