There was a two step process, I only made it to the phone call step as they had received over 80 applicants and narrowed it down to 12.
It was brief and considered most technical questions about knowledge on craft beer itself.
Was also asked to rate on a scale 1-10 my knowledge of beer, and the interviewer seemed insulted I rated myself a 6, while he mentioned he had a lot of knowledge and would still only rate himself at a 4.
