I interviewed for the Sales Associate / Client Onboarding role on a Wednesday. The recruiter told me I would hear back by the latest next week, but it has now been longer than that, and I haven’t received any update, not even a rejection email. The interview itself was straightforward and conversational, but the follow‑up communication has been disappointing.

Interview
I had 3 interviews with FundThrough. An HR screen, a meeting with the hiring manager, and a case study/presentation to a panel. It has been 4 weeks since my last interview and I have not heard a single word from them. I have no idea where the process is at but it is disheartening to get ghosted by a company after putting in so much effort for an interview process. I have followed up and have received zero updates. This isn't how you should treat your candidates. I would have much preferred hearing that they are not moving forward with me than absolutely nothing. Please treat your candidates time and commitment more respectfully.

What KPIs do you consider important for this role?
Very quick and responsive. Logical questions with subjective answers. Mostly looking for the thought process. The on-the-spot coding question was also quite brief. Just an assessment of the problem solving ability.
