When I interviewed 6 years ago they had a screening process where you had a preliminary interview over the phone. Once you made it past that you were in a pool of candidates and could apply to different schools. Every school’s interview process is different but they typically have several administrators and teachers involved and will ask you a series of situational questions. They may then ask you to teach a lesson and then adapt where necessary.
