I was called a week after emailing my resume for the Job Flow Coordinator position. I was barely seated before the owner of the company, who was the interviewer, began complaining about the poor quality resumes she was receiving and how she had to "lower her standards" in order to find candidates. She began to describe the position which really was an office assistant and then said how the job really didn't require that much intelligence. Every time I answered a question, she would mention a previous person she interviewed and then trash talk about them. I felt that she wasn't listening to thing I said. I received a telephone call several days later telling me she hired some else and that she was never considering me for the job yet she was requesting my social security number.
