I spent 4 hours in an 85 degree room. First chat with the employee 1 on 1 then they ask difficult programming/math/probability questions. This company wants a robot who can produce results, not an employee they would want to work with.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Fullpower (Santa Cruz, CA) in Feb 2012
Interview
I flew into town for the weekend. I knew a few of the employees already and they really took care of me for the weekend but at the same time I knew I was on a 2 day interview process. When we got to sitting down and actually doing the interview it was more formal but I think the overall two day process was as important as the formal interview if not more so.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Lots of obscure questions that did not exactly pertain to the roll I was applying for. But they were more interested in how my brain works.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fullpower (Santa Cruz, CA) in Aug 2012
Interview
Very detailed
I was asked many technical programming and problem solving questions
It was constructive as even if I was not current on some of the technical topics the interviewing team was constructive
