Full Stack Finance Controller interview questions

They didnt respond promptly. They missed three or four phone conversations and meetings. They ignored follow up emails. The owners expressed interest in hiring me. I went to a couple follow up interviews with lower level staff, when I followed up afterward, they ignored me for a couple of weeks and finally said i wouldnt be a good fit. They dont owe me anything obviously, but i would have appreciated some responses.
