They will call you up, you'll be interviewed, then given coding assessments, then when you pass the coding assessments, you'll have the technical interview. After passing the technical interview, which they refer to as the final interview, the HR /recruiter will ghost you... after following up for a couple of times/weeks, they will tell you that you haven't been selected.. apparently, after passing their interview process, you'll end up in a list of 10 or 20 other passers and they will select 1 from the list
