Interview
1. 1 hour video interview with manager and engineer. Just talked about potential qualifications, expectations, and other candidacy information.
2. Take home coding challenge.
After coding assessment, I got an offer but declined due to disagreement on compensation. Compensation was discussed in the first interview and by the time they gave me an offer, it was 30k less than what was discussed. They could not reach my minimum. Had they mentioned it upfront, I would not have spent time on their coding challenge so I can further spend that effort on other companies I was interviewing for.

Interview
The interview consisted of two parts. The first part was a behavioral interview to get to know you and the second was a take home code challenge to develop and app of which you had 3 days to complete.
