I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fry's Food in Jun 2012
Interview
Interview went very smoothly. Very nice manager doing interview and told how much you will be getting paid right off the bat. What they do not tell you is that the company itself is not a company you should work for. There are a lot better groceries stores to work for that take a lot better care of their employees.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Fry's Food (Chandler, AZ) in Sept 2022
Interview
Simple questions, not too strict, just getting to certain things about you. As long as you are not a career criminal or awful person you have a good shot, especially now with less people working.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fry's Food (Sun City West, AZ) in Jun 2022
Interview
Texting and 10 mins in person. Same basic question every company uses. There was nothing specific to the company applying for. Need to ask questions in relation to actual job.
Phone interview to see what department would be best to interview for, 1 hour in person interview with a list of preset questions and situations, 4 hour paperwork and store walk.
