Interview
I had applied online and within 24 hours i had a call from the recruiter who had informed me of the job role in detail and had prepared me for the interview which was the next day. after having the interview i was informed that I had been successful later on that day. From applying to getting the job took a whole of 3 days which has been the most efficient interview process i have experienced to date.

Question 1
The interview had taken place at the Wilmslow office with the recruiter (Dan) and also one of the directors of the company (Stephen) who had firstly described the company to myself all of which i was already aware because Dan had prepared me very well for this. the main talking point of the interview was the experience i had with my former employers and how that would benefit with in this job role at fruitful. i had left the interview with a very good impression of the company and was extremely happy to start work the very next day.
I received a call from the sales manager and was invited to an interview the very next day!
Relaxed open questioning to start off and then a few direct questions relating to my previous experience.
The sales manager also invited one of the current Sales people into the boardroom to share their thoughts and what a “day in the life of” looks like.
2nd interview was more of the same with the sales manager and one of the Directors came in towards the end to introduce himself which was a nice touch! Again, open conversation and got everything I needed as much as I felt I gave in the interview.
