At first, it was pretty typical process. Phone screen from the recruiter then a phone interview with the hiring manager. They brought me in for a face-to-face interview. It’s was 3 hours long and it was nonstop. There were no breaks. It was a continuous stream of interviewers coming in and out of the room and over teleconference. At some points there were 5 people interviewing me at once and in total, I estimate I met with 12 people. It was a grueling interview. What is most frustrating is even after all of that, I never heard from FrontLine. It is a complete lack of regard for my time. I hope they treat their employees better than their candidates.

A screening interview was conducted by a recruiter. It was about 15 mins in length. There were general questions to get to know my work history as well as my knowledge in K-12.
