The interview consist of the initial phone call with the hiring manager. After that a formal interview with the manager to go over the interviews question's and resume. After with the VP for a final review before hiring

The Interview process started out really well for me , I was looking forward to starting with the company , The hiring manager told me in interview i would be moving to the next steps. My recruiter was laid off the day of that interview so I had to wait for a new recruiter to come on , I reached out for updates on the status of my application for over 3 weeks after thinking I had a job just for the new recruiter to make me email her my interview intake questions again then ghost me for another month and a half. After sending 3 follow ups I just chalked it up to as a lost. the new recruiter finally reached out to me and asked me if i wanted to re interview with a new hiring manger because the team was pushed around and I felt offended one because they ghosted me but to interview again for a job I already was verbally offered is unacceptable and unfair in my opinion. If your company is going through changes with their org you shouldnt be hiring during that time frame at all. This was the worst experience in my life anybody that see this role please run as fast as you can , lack of communication and a waste of time
