Brieft overview on Frontier and the changes since being purchased by Republic Airways. Fill out application paperwork and the have an one on one interview. Offered position at time of one on one. Drug testing is done that day.

They did huge call backs. Each interview was one on one and only took a few minutes. The wait was longer for the interview then the interview was. Almost everyone that interviewed that day was hired that day. There was no physical test. Interviewers were managers, trainers, and senior team leads.
