I was ghosted. I went through two rounds of interviews. This included 2 separate screenings with 2 different recruiters. They were quick to move through the process until they weren't and ultimately they decided to completely ghost me. The questions felt more like a checklist to assess whether I could handle the responsibilities and less of a conversational interview. Overall, this was a poor candidate experience and very indicative how they operate as a company.
