The Interview process consisted of a 15 min initial phone call to screen applicants. If that went well you moved on in the process and scheduled a 2nd interview, and then a third and final interview.

Interview
The interview process was simple, straightforward, and generally pleasant. I enjoyed speaking with various team members, and everyone was very upbeat and seemed happy to be there! This was by far one of the more enjoyable interview experiences I have had.

How comfortable would you be dealing with various matters of real estate law etc.
Simple, effective, friendly. Very direct and positive interview process. Questions were all relevant to the job and the firm seems eager to train new employees and grow in the coming years.
