Everything seemed fine and the interviewers were nice enough, however after about a 2-30 min teams call, I was informed that a decision would be made by the end of that week. I have not heard back at all from them, and my follow-up emails were ignored. I'd rather be told no outright than have to experience that bit of unprofessionalism.
