Applied online. Was called for a phone interview about 5 business days later. After the phone interview, I was immediately sent an email link to complete an IQ test, and a computer skills test. 3 business days after taking the tests (took about 2 hours), I was called in for a panel interview.

These questions were from the panel interview, not the initial phone interview: Why do you want to work for us, where do you see yourself in 5 years, what don't you like about the field, explain your duties in current and past positions, etc. All pretty normal and basic questions.

Initial phone interview. Then set up interview with regional manager it’s about a 3 week process. Then you will get an offer letter if hired and background check can be a little lengthy
