It is followed up by many questions about your experience. Your answers are visibly analyzed. A job offer (or not) happened a day or so later.

I had two interviews, one with the manager, second a few days later with the general manager. The first interview, it seemed like the manager put a very heavy emphasis on looks. She subtly told me to where more make up for my second interview. At the first interview, the lady told me that the GM would be looking for my hair to be done and make up on as well. I didn't like how much focus there was on looks. I wear very little make up, I don't need it. I know plenty of girls who look fine without it, so just makes me wonder why they require it.
