The job shadow lasted about 3 hours. They do not pay you for it. The interviewer was late. It is followed up by many questions about your experience. Your answers are visibly analyzed.
A job offer (or not) happened a day or so later.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were lots of questions about previous employment. The 2nd interview was very analytical.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Frickers (Miamisburg, OH) in Apr 2016
Interview
I had two interviews, one with the manager, second a few days later with the general manager. The first interview, it seemed like the manager put a very heavy emphasis on looks. She subtly told me to where more make up for my second interview. At the first interview, the lady told me that the GM would be looking for my hair to be done and make up on as well. I didn't like how much focus there was on looks. I wear very little make up, I don't need it. I know plenty of girls who look fine without it, so just makes me wonder why they require it.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The only question I can recall was "Why do I want to work there specifically?" I answered that I liked the atmosphere and food. They asked that question in both interviews. Didn't ask much else except if i'd be okay with certain things about the jobs. I was told I would have to wear make up everyday, wear my hair down and styled, and that any theme day outfits I have to buy for myself.
