Received a call for a phone interview. Played phone tag but was finally able to speak with Recruiter. Scheduled phone interview and it went well. Scheduled for a face to face and it went very well. Waited on dates for availability for next round of interviews, but was hired by another company. After speaking to several individuals within the organization, in reference to the position, just feels as though the company is indecisive and all over the place. Made me very apprehensive about the company culture. And as a company, they do not do well with follow up and communicating in a timely manner or keeping candidates in the loop after multiple interviews. Do not feel as though I will be reapplying for any new opportunities with this company.
