It was a short and sweet initial phone call with a recruiter then a video call with the RX Manager. Mostly going over resume and experiences. A few questions about closed door operations and expectations in workload. They casually forgot to mention it was a CALL CENTER pharmacy and that primary tasks were answering phones.
After playing phone tag for a few days to set up an initial interview, I received an email stating I will no longer be in consideration due to my unresponsiveness. I left multiple voicemails and called numerous times. It’s 2018, they could have just sent me an email asking about availability or a text message. Most people do have busy schedules and cannot return a call at work. These attempts to communicate are not uncommon.

Never received phone interview because I asked to rescind my application due to the experience. If this shows how the company operates, I would rather look elsewhere.
