Very basic & easy interview process. They asked generic interview questions. I did a virtual interview with 3 people, 1 of which would have been my direct supervisor. Then the supervisor randomly texted me for a shadowing two weeks later. It was like a call center but more outbound calls to keep tracks of nurses & confirm they were showing up to appointments. I realized very quickly that despite my experience & interest in the job they were not going to hire me. They have a preference for Filipino workers in the Vegas area & they made that known whilst I was shadowing. I immediately received a rejection letter the next day. They seemed nice & like they needed help since they had a high turnover rate but I guess it wasn’t meant to be. Good luck to everyone involved.
