I applied online. I interviewed at Fresenius Medical Care (Casa Grande, AZ)
Interview
The recruiter answered all my questions, and I was able to answer her questions. Based on what she and I discussed, I seemed to fit the role. I get onto the second interview )(a panel interview)and the first few minutes of the interview was great however once the director joined in late, the energy of the interview completely changed. They were unwilling to answer my questions, they rolled their eyes when I asked questions, the director cut me off while I was speaking or talked over me while I was speaking. She rolled her eyes a few times during the interview, and was very quick to get me off the video call. The other three were more quiet and stood by for the most part, the director took over the video chat call and they let her run the show. They werent very interested in answering my questions, the director was very unprofessional and rude. The recruiter saw my resume, however the interviewers on the panel video call were extremely concerned about me being in school even though the recruiter said that was fine that they would offer tuition reimbursement and I could take a class here and there... I informed all of them was going to be taking time off school to focus on my healthcare career. They also kept hassling me on whether or not I lived within the city, I do.... I really felt that I had wasted my time with the panel interview considering they didnt like what was on my resume or my answers. The director cut everyone off at the end of the call...she said goodbye and hung up.
