Phone interview with recruiter then a video chat interview with the manager. The recruiter interview got more detailed on work experience and asked harder questions such as essay style interview questions

Was contacted by a recruiter. Did the phone screening then she ghosted me. It takes 2 seconds to inform a candidate that they weren’t selected. I don’t know what’s up with recruiters nowadays but this is a very unprofessional practice that I wish recruiters start being held accountable for!
