Great company to work for, process manager then a group interview with the staff. Then would need to take a drug test. Then the process is if you do not have experience then you will be in a training course. Experience techs would only go over company policies and test on your ccht.

Apply online, met for an interview by the Chief Tech and Administrative assistant. 2 weeks later was offered a position. only negative was that they were misleading on salary. Had to contact HR to find out that they had NO authority to accept my salary request. Make sure everything is in writing. Didnt get any paperwork until first paycheck.

the interview was very straightforward. I was told what to expected and what would be expected of me. I was given a tour of the facility and introduced to some of the staff.

I was asked the general questions. I was not asked if I was flexible or willing to work overtime. I felt comfortable during the interview. I was shown around the clinic and introduced to the other employees.
