Attended a Hiring Event. Brief but thorough interview with the recruiter. I suppose I "wowed" him so I then immediately met with 3 other center managers for a panel interview. Again, thorough but a bit more lengthy. Went well. They said I should expect an offer in a few days!

Two calls and one shadow opportunity. First call was a job description and the second was a call with clinic managers from multiple branches. Shadow apt was an hour long on the floor

Was contacted by a recruiter. Did the phone screening then she ghosted me. It takes 2 seconds to inform a candidate that they weren’t selected. I don’t know what’s up with recruiters nowadays but this is a very unprofessional practice that I wish recruiters start being held accountable for!

Conducted via Zoom interview. It was less than 20 minutes. The Nurse manager going over previous work experience and future career goals. The Role expectations were discussed at length, mentioning training, hours, etc
