Had a good experience meeting with the team I’d be working with - but once it got to the VPs, I was so disappointed with their approach. The recruiter didn’t help with this second set of interviews. I wanted to talk about my role, but none of these folks knew what I was going to do. Was expecting more from a second set of interviews.
