Apply on their main site, there will be several questions to gauge your perspective. Hiring team calls you and sees if you are a good fit via an interview. If you are, the clinic manager reviews your resume and sets an in person interview. If hired, an offer will be sent. Drug test and background check will be required.
You will either love or hate dialysis. Its fast paced, PPE is required, policy room temp is 70 degrees. This is not the type of job that you call in sick to. You manage 4 patients, 3 months of training, and must pass CCHT exam by 18 months.

Interview
For me it involved about 6 individuals, the facility administrator, nurses and director. I was with the facility administrator while the others joined via a zoom call. They asked a series of questions such as why that company, my 5 year plan, what I hope to gain from the company and about myself.
