While the actual interview was conducted in a professional manner, the process was unfortunately below par. The process was described as first interview with Hiring manager who was present during the call, followed by a case study to be presented on site. I was also specifically informed that they would get back to me in a week. Despite sending in a total of 4 emails I was ghosted followed by a "we tried to reach you but your phone was switched off" note. Finally got through 2 weeks post the interview and was told to wait for a further 4 weeks since the hiring manager was busy with year end strategy. Once again I was ghosted with no communication forcing me to send in a further few emails and finally got a call to say I was rejected because the company had decided to go ahead with 3 other candidates who were spot on. All in all I was disappointed that they could have told me this 6 weeks earlier instead of wasting my time and getting my hopes up
