Interview
My interview process began with me approaching the management of Fresco Informatics after I had heard about an opening there from a friend. I was interviewed directly by the CEO. It was a very direct and refreshing approach as I was not directed upwards from the lower hierarchical levels as it occurs in most of the other places. The interview consisted of only the most relevant questions without any unnecessary or trick questions. Also, there weren't many technical questions maybe as I was interviewing for an internship position. I was asked to return after I had obtained the necessary references from my institution and was hired immediately thereafter.

I was asked about whether I could do lead generation and follow up on existing leads. As I had no background in sales, this was an unexpected question.
