Interview process consisted of a taped skype interview where you responded to questions. Rather different, but made it through the process. Invited for onsite interview with Senior Management and Human Resources Director. Spent 1 1/2 hours with Senior Manager which apparently went well, but cut into HR Directors' time, as this interview was cut short.
What was extremely unprofessional was the lack of ANY follow up. Follow up email was not responded to until 4 months later. I don't really care that I did not get the job, as I know the company was struggling after losing significant business to a competitor, but I would expect that Human Resources would want to project the best for their company, and this is not the way to do so.
