Sitting before me were managers who lacked even the most rudimentary understanding of the insurance industry. As I left the room, I couldn't help but wonder how such individuals had risen to positions of leadership without acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Interview process was smooth, just like any other company they ask you questions in regards to the position, how well do you deal with rude customers, can you cross sell a customers, are you good at making outbound calls etc....
