First, they take the telephonic interview and then after they will call for face to face interview if you are good then they select you or they will call you again for one more round if you have basic concept clear.

I would before apply, be prepared with the all basic concept they will ask all the basic concept of javascript and if you are applying for java then be prepared with all framework example: spring, hibernate etc.

Just know your basics because its important while working practical in a organisation and try to answer everything that comes to you.
