Behavioral interview but simple and quick. It was straight forward and not difficult whatsoever. They want to know who you are as a person, they don’t necessarily care about your grades, as long as you can prove your worth as an employee with legitimate experience and knowledge.

Applied on line and one of their recruiters called me. She spoke with me about my interest and background. A few days later someone from the HR department scheduled a phone interview and then a face to face.
