I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Freeman Mathis & Gary (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
The interview process was short, more of a meet and greet. The partners have already reviewed your resume and know that you fit the qualifications prior to your interview. Thus, the interview is more to see if you are a fit with the group overall.

Interview
I interviewed at the Cleveland office. The questions were easy and very standard - they just wanted to get to know me and hear about my experience. I thought the interview went well but was ghosted (I'm not surprised since this seems to be a regular occurrence). Who would want to work for a firm that ghosts them anyway? Clearly communication is not one of their strengths. I would stay away from this firm.

1 Way screening interview, heard back a month later and met with partner of office I was interested in. 3 weeks later interviewed with two more partners who were a part of the hiring committee. Informed me that I would be hearing back in about 2 weeks. Did not hear back and followed up twice over 6 weeks and was ghosted.

Interview
There was a one-way video interview with pre-recorded questions. I submitted my recorded answers and then had a subsequent interview with current employees. This was the final interview and felt like a personality fit check.
