None because I work for other companies that are looking for people who do the interviews themselves. They ask questions to recommend jobs for your experience but that’s about it.
The interview process was clear, respectful, and well-organized. Communication was timely, expectations were outlined early, and the overall experience made it easy to feel prepared, confident, and focused throughout the discussion.
