The process took over a month. I had a phone interview first. Then I took a 1.5 hour essay exam. I then had to go onsite to complete a small grammar and editing test. Then they told me 3 weeks later that they did not have the budget for the position. This happened to me twice. I had to email them so they could tell me for the 2nd time that they weren't creating the job after all.
