Reached out to management to see if there were any positions available. was able to find the contact information of the hiring manager after a quick google search of the company. Within the next couple weeks I was in for a meeting/interview, and after a quick personality quiz I went through the on-boarding process and was apart of the team

Interview
Lengthy but meaningful in determining the fit for both the company and the applicant. Although it appears to be a bit too long to some it is effective to ensuring the position is appropriate and if not then possibly another option would become evident.
Only got phone interview, the guy didn't actually ask many questions, he just talked about what the company does and what should financial advisor do. Also, the job doesn't have base salary
