      I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Free People (Austin, TX) in Aug 2017

      I applied online and heard back a couple weeks later about setting up an interview, I did one in person with the store managers, and then did one over the phone with another MIT from another Free People Store to tell me more about her role and ask her some questions I had. That was for part time, and then once I was promoted to full time, I had a phone interview with the District Brand Leader as well.

      Manager was so friendly and took a conversational tone for the interview which really put me at ease! The interview wasn't too long, about 30 minutes. I heard back withing 48hrs to set up a second interview.
