I assumed it was going to be a group interview but it ended up just being one on one with the store manager. It was extremely relaxed and I felt very comfortable.
Straightforward interview process - applied online, got a call back and chatted with the manager in-store. Mostly asked questions about my previous experience and also went through the store's structure

Interview was very informative about the company’s culture & vision. I mainly was asked questions about my experience & passions - we discussed potential growth in the company as well. Key is to be excited, authentic and really showcase your vibe & interest in fashion!
