Interview
Easy questions, heavy on customer service to avoid shoplifting. Laid back interview process. Focus on good personal style and some history of the brand. Explaining how you resolved conflict with coworker or with customer in the past.
The process was very easy, only took about 15 minutes, and I was offered the position on the spot! We spoke in the back room and I got a tour of the store and how the layout works.
2 group interviews with 5 people and we all answered questions in a circle it was outside and super casual and welcoming. i did not receive offer until 2 weeks after and i called to check in a lot
