Being located by a recruiter from my online resume, there were several phone discussions with the recruiter, where incremental information was collected and compiled to demonstrate that my education, skills, experiences, and techniques would benefit the company. Once considered for an interview by the company, there were multiple interview sessions with various department managers and company management.

Preliminary phone call that lasted about 30 - 40 minutes going over some basics about the job and what they are looking for in a candidate. Next step was an on site interview to meet with the general manager.
