painful from the beginning.. they have so many processes that i was able to get a job requiring the same skills with less hassle and started within a week. then started asking questions that were better asked if i wanted to be management not entry level.

I had a one-on-one interview.I felt an immediate clash of personalities as my interviewer seemed quiet critical yet unable to take suggestions. At the end of the interview they let me know that they would set up a follow-up interview so I could meet the team. I heard nothing back from either her or the human resources department that set up the initial interview. Not really disappointed I didn't hear back as I would not have taking the position anyway, but I do think a follow-up call is professional and a good business practice.
